A highly improved unit operating on gas, designed to supply even and proper heat for the production of an excellent quality quatayif cookies; it is equipped with a stainless steel dozer and internally surrounded with high temperature insulation material to prevent any heat loss, resulting into a remarkable saving of gas. The outer body is entirely covered with stainless steel sheets.

هي آلة متكاملة تعمل على الغاز، مصممة لتؤمن توزيعها متساويا للحرارة وإعطاء أجود أنواع القطايف. مجهزة بنظام مراقبة إلكتروني يؤمن الحجم المطلوب، اللون وسرعة الإنتاج. معزولة من الداخل بمواد حفيظة للحرارة مما يوفر جواً ملائماً للعمل حولها ويقلل من إستهلاك الغاز، أما من الخارج فهي مغطاة بصفائح من الستنليس ستيل.
